If my mattress feels softer over time, is that covered under warranty?

Normal softening of foam or upholstery over time is typically considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. Only excessive sagging or indentations beyond the specified depth, combined with proper use and care, may qualify as a defect under the warranty terms.
