Can I use regular twin sheets on a Twin XL mattress?

Regular twin sheets are made for mattresses around 75 long, so they're usually too short for an 80 long Twin XL mattress. They may not fully cover the corners or can pull loose overnight, so it's best to use true Twin XL sheets.
