What is your return policy?

Hassle-Free Returns & 100 Night Comfort Guarantee

We’ve designed our return and exchange process to be as simple as possible:

  • Unopened Merchandise Returns:

    • You can return any unopened item within 100 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund.
    • If your mattress isn’t what you expected, please keep it sealed and contact us to arrange a return or pickup.
  • Opened Items & 100 Night Comfort Guarantee:

    • Once an item is opened, refunds are not available. However, your purchase is protected by our 100 night comfort guarantee, which allows you to exchange the mattress if needed.
    • To exchange, email us at support@nationalmattress.ca. Please ensure the item is new, unstained, and includes all original packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards.
  • Additional Conditions:

    • Opened accessories are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
    • All sales on closeout and clearance items are final.
    • For exchanges, you may purchase the new item immediately. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item, in accordance with our exchange policy.
