• How It Works:
  Enjoy your new mattress for 100 nights (from the purchase date). If you’re not experiencing the best night’s sleep, you can exchange it for a different mattress of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to upgrade to a higher-priced model, you simply pay the difference.

• No Hidden Fees:
  We believe in transparency. Unlike many competitors who require the purchase of a mattress protector (often costing between $100-$150) to qualify for an exchange, our guarantee is hassle-free—no extra purchases are necessary.

• Important Details:

  • One-Time Exchange: This exchange offer applies only once per new purchase.
  • Adjustment Period: No exchanges can be made within the first 15 days of delivery, allowing your body time to adjust to the new mattress.
  • Return Conditions: The mattress must be returned in its original packaging and in satisfactory condition, free from damage, stains, or scuffs.
  • Exclusions: Custom sizes, special order mattresses, floor models, and accessories (such as bed frames, boxsprings, mattress protectors, or pillows) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available once a mattress has been delivered.
